20 Flight Minutes from Fort Lauderdale
Freeport is a 20-minute flight from Fort Lauderdale. Close enough to look in on your build over a long weekend — and still a different country, with its own rules and its own tax position.
If you've looked at listings here, you already know: what's on the market is overpriced, and the build quality is often disappointing. Building it yourself sounds cheaper — until you're sourcing contractors, importing materials, and navigating Freeport permitting from a thousand miles away. Most buyers never get past the planning stage.
Freeport listings routinely sell above their real value, with finishes and construction quality that don't match the price tag. You end up paying premium money for a compromise.
Without a local team, you're coordinating contractors, customs, and permitting from a thousand miles away. Most self-build projects stall, run over budget, or never break ground.
The solution
We are the developer, not a broker. Christoph Albeck and Pamela Adam have been developing real estate since 2001 and building on Grand Bahama since 2021. You sign one contract with one team that lives on the island — and we hand you the keys.

Compare current projects
Pick the projects you want to look at. We send you the plans, the specification and the real numbers — no brochure language, no obligation.
The advantage no private buyer can get alone
Under the Hawksbill Creek Agreement, building materials enter the Freeport Special Economic Zone free of duty — but only through a bonded developer licensed inside the zone. CPH Investment Group is bonded. A private buyer is not. And neither are the developers and contractors based in Nassau: they pay full Bahamian import duty on every window, tile and fixture, and that cost lands in your price.
This is the single biggest reason our turnkey price lands roughly 30% below building it yourself.

Grand Bahama has structural advantages most buyers have never heard of — and they are the reason the numbers work here.

Canal and waterfront plots on Grand Bahama cost a fraction of comparable land in South Florida. That single number is the biggest lever on what your finished home ends up costing.
Buyers who invest USD 1,000,000 or more qualify for Bahamas Permanent Residency — a real option for owners who want more than a vacation home.

Who you are actually dealing with
Christoph Albeck and Pamela Adam moved to Grand Bahama in 2020 and have been building here since 2021. No call centre, no sales floor, no account manager who has never seen the site. You deal with the two people whose names are on the contract.

"It was a very pleasant meeting from start to finish. He picked us up personally from the airport and kept us informed about his current projects. His decades of experience in property development — and the quality that comes with it — are clearly evident."
Why it adds up
Not one advantage, but three that stack on top of each other — and they are the reason our clients end up with a better house for less money than the listings they started out looking at.
What is on the market here is overpriced and often poorly built. We build hurricane-grade, turnkey, at a fixed price — roughly 30% below what the same house costs if you build it yourself.
Duty-free import into the Freeport SEZ works only through a bonded developer. We are bonded; firms out of Nassau are not, and they pay full duty. Up to 40% saved on materials, secured through 2054, passed straight through to you.
