We are building a semi-detached house with two west-facing pools on a sea-view building plot in Las Palmeras in the south of the Bay of Palma. After completion, one unit is to be sold and the second unit is to be rented out. In this way, we achieve rapid repayment of borrowed funds and build up a rental portfolio with equity.
