Mit vier Schlafzimmern. Wir nennen es „Mar y Montaña“, weil es im Süden einen tollen Meerblick und im Norden einen Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge hat. Das gesamte Projekt wird durch die Projektträgerfinanzierung „Be your own investor“ finanziert. Bei diesem Projekt haben wir das Grundstück per Crowdfunding gekauft, die notwendigen Baugenehmigungen eingeholt und es dann an einen Investor verkauft; Er bebaut nun mit dem genehmigten Projekt das Baugrundstück in der Rekordzeit von nur 15 Monaten, um es später über uns zu verkaufen. Diese Finanzierungsart hat gegenüber einer Bankfinanzierung zahlreiche Vorteile. Vorteil für den Geldgeber der ersten Stunde: Er erhält einen hohen Zinssatz bei kurzer Laufzeit. Vorteil für den Investor: Er geht kein Risiko ein, da wir schlüsselfertig und zum Festpreis bauen. Neben diesem Bauprojekt Albeniz Cala Pi mit Hausnummer 2B entsteht bereits Haus 2A und bald beginnen wir mit Hausnummer 4. Dadurch entsteht der Prachtboulevard von Cala Pi in der Calle Albeniz. Andere Investoren haben unser Projekt Penyes 96 in Cala Pi und die neue Villa Calle Falla, ebenfalls in Cala Pi, unterstützt.
